My worry, MIke, is that it’s a “chemotherapy” thinking mode. Just take gunk and I won’t have to address all the reasons I got cancer in the first place.
Laetrile is just a chemical (not amygdalin) and is just chemotherapy under a different name and the pretense of apricots!

Having on request treated a number of patients with Laetrile over the past 40 years I cannot say with any certainty that it was of any significant benefit. I was quite prepared to administer it but never on its own. There are other much more cost-effective anti-oxidant and immune-supporting therapies that can help get someone out of a cancer-promoting mode.

I applaud Dr Keith for being frank about the kind of treatments that work, and those that don’t. But the truth can be somewhat difficult to ascertain, particularly in the absence of formal scientific data.
I would be interested in the views of Dr Keith in relation to the protocol re Laetrile on the website http://www.cancertutor.org where the author makes some interesting observations. I do note that with the various treatments on the site, the author gives no indication as to how he is aware of the effectiveness of each.
Phillip Day of course has touted Laetrile for years – are his books based on determinable results ?

In reply to Mira. My point is Mira, That Dr Contreras does not do ONLY laetrile. Therefore it's impossible to say that laetrile has any effect, when it's mixed in with other therapies.

Dear Sir, my mother used a protocol with Laetrile from Dr. Contreras successfuly (Oasis of Hope Hospital ). All other my loved who used normal chemotherapy are dead. I have used for my own treatment – small tumor- my own protocol ( Beta Glukan, Pycnogenol, EGCG, B vitamins ) also successfuly. By the way – I cured MRSA only with Coloidal Silver, 30 ppm, two times daily on the skin for 15 minutes washing every part of body and 10 ppm orally three times daily one tablespoon. After 3 weeks MRSA was dead. Any Flue I can kill during three days using only MMS with DMSO on the skin two times daily or 6 times daily orally MMS only. Also. I cured Type 2 Diabetes during 8 weeks and some more. It all works good and scietific confirmation is not available at all. Also, I did not see any scientific report that normal chemotherapy works as cancer cure in any acceptable percentage and it is used commonly like only possible treatment. I think is more better to be alive than to have in hands any scietific confirmation, espacially if I do not know by whom is paid for. Have a nice day. Mira

well chemotherapy cures 2% and that is what is recommended by doctors. I think anything we do is better then that….
