In principle, it ought to be as good, depending on the dose.
Herbal bark remedies have a variable delivery: it’s also disgustingly bitter – do you know that?

Well well, “taking a pill can reduce prevent cancer incidence and cancer death”.

How about a Vitamin C pill, or Selenium or…I could go on!
