What natural supplements do you recommend to help? I have interstitial cystitis, permanent inflammation of the bladder, and wonder if infections are related (I do not have positive UTIs, its like chrones or ulcerative cololitis but its my bladder not intestines)

Would echinae goldenseal help?

I am currently on so many narcotics as the answer its ridiculous, but have to be able to function and the medical community just want to cover symptoms, never treat the root of the problem =(
