I appreciate the fact that you bought a Kasina Multi-Media Brain Entrainment device, based on my say-so. I assure you it is one of the most wonderful mind-space machines in existence right now!

As promised, I have lots of scrumptious creative mind walks for you, all at no cost. You just have to be patient as I get them transferred to the Kasina operating system.

You are pioneers: subsequent buyers will get them automatically included.

Right now I have 12 tracks you can upload on your device.

These are:

However, I’m sure most of you can make the following instructions work:

1) Create yourself a folder on your desktop (saves you scattering the tracks loose).

Call it whatever you like but DrKeith is a suggestion, because it will appear on your Kasina and you want to easily recognize which it is.

2) Download your tracks into this folder.

Right-click and choose :
"Save as..." or "Download file...".

Make sure you download to a place you know you can find them again. Then transfer them to the DrKeith folder (or whatever you called it). There are 8 tracks as I write this...

There will be more, but these four will get you started on the multi-media sensory stimulus package I talked to you about.

3) When you are ready, connect your Kasina to your computer, using the USB cable provided.

4) Switch on your Kasina and then use the wheel to choose the UPPER RIGHT quadrant, which is clearly labeled USB function. Press the center “select” button.

If you look at your computer, it should very quickly show the Kasina now as an external USB drive (like those little memory sticks you push into a USB). You should see other folders like 1SpectraStrobe and 3 KBS, 5 Docs, etc so you know you are in the right place (called the root directory).

5) What you do is upload your DrKeith folder to that directory. It will take a few minutes, because audio-media tracks are large files. But once it’s done, the system will let you know.

6) Then eject the Kasina, disconnect the cables and your Kasina is good to go, with my Creative Mind Walks on it.

Next time you want to relax or go to some psychic heavenly place, switch on the Kasina, navigate to that DrKeith folder and choose a track!
