I do know that type 2 diabetes needs no treatment whatever, just lifestyle changes 🙂

Dr. Bernstein is a type 1 diabetic and after researching his own disease and possible cure for it, discovered a plan for minimalizing its effects. He went into medicine because no one would publish his work unless he was a doctor; he opened a diabetic clinic in upstate New York. I have been following his plan and discovered it helps a great deal. I lost 43 lbs and keep my A1c quite low. Do you have any opinion or comments regarding Dr. B’s work?
