Those that take your own bone marrow and give it back to you IV do not have the same risk of mutation. This (if I am not mistaken) is the only legal way to use stem cells in the US anyway (i.e. unaltered stem cells). Some doctors extract bone marrow and use it for stem cell prolotherapy.

Then there are many natural stem cell boosters also. No need for in office therapies for that approach.
