There must be a difference between gobbling down loads of bran and consuming fiber rich fruit and vegetables as part of a balanced diet. 
If you&#039;re chronically constipated you may not get diverticulosis, but with the accumulation of toxins in your gut, watch out for colon cancer!...]]></description>

 My mother had this and was told to take the powder stuff that is mixed with water.
I think that was a solubule fiber. She was also told to avoid raspberry seeds etc. and to limit or avoid popcorn.

 I am interested as to what the good doctor would recommend for this condition.]]></description>
