There are more and more resistant “superbugs” every month, it seems.
Exactly as I predicted in my powerful eBook “How To Survive In A World Without Antibiotics”, more and more resistant and deadly bugs are emerging all the time. It will soon reach a tidal wave. It’s inevitable. People are going to die in the thousands, and eventually the millions, as our safe world of antibiotic protection comes to an end.
I reported last year we now have a new strain of MRSA which is 5 times more deadly than the familiar MRSA; it’s fatality rate is 50%. That means one in every two who get it will die. Those are brutal odds.
Then came the NEW killer from New Delhi, India, that is sweeping the world. This organism carries a deadly gene that helps it resist nearly all antibiotics (New Dehli metallo-beta-lactamase 1 gene, or NDM-1).
In fact, the gene was found in 14 different species of bacteria, including 11 species in which NDM-1 had not previously been known [The Lancet Infectious Diseases, news release, April 6, 2011]. Things are getting rapidly worse. It’s exactly as I said.
Now there is Carbapenem-Resistant Klebsiella pneumonia (or CRKP).Klebsiella pneumoniae is an organism which is related to E. Coli and Salmonella. Carbapanem is another “last ditch” antibiotic. If that can’t save you, in other words, it’s curtains!
CRKP has been on the rise for several years but now there is an alarming spread recently across the USA. Now 35 states have reported the outbreak and it’s now being spread through California medical facilities.
Found inside and outside of the gut, CRKP can cause a lethal infection. It is a potential community-acquired type of pneumonia (different, not acquired from hospitals) and has an incredible ability to mutate and resist. It carries a fatality rate between 35 and 50 percent or more.
This is much more dangerous than recent radiation from Japan. Wake up!
You need to know what to do instead of expecting the doctor to hand you pills. Antibiotics are part of the cause of the problem and are failing anyway as a solution.
But there are scores of effective choices for you, if only you know what to do. DON’T WAIT. Bacteria can kill in hours (much faster than viruses). It’s too late to start Googling for alternatives when someone you know is struck down. MRSA and several others can kill SAME DAY. Alive at breakfast time; dead by bedtime. Not a happy thought.
Only knowledge will protect you form harm. Remember my saying: THE COMMONEST CAUSE OF DEATH IS IGNORANCE!
